TEPA Rules of Origin

Appendix 2.A.1 · Product-Specific Rules (PSR) · 112 entries

What are Product-Specific Rules of Origin?

Under TEPA, goods must meet specific origin requirements to qualify for preferential tariff rates. The PSR annex (Appendix 2.A.1) defines the transformation required for each HS code. Common rules include WO (wholly obtained), CTH (change of tariff heading), and CTSH (change of sub-heading). Click any row to see the full rule text and compliance guidance.
